Canada Student Studying In UK.

Canada student to study in UK will need visa, which must be obtained prior to the travelling.
There are two kinds of Student Visas available.
1.For those who want to study less than 6 Months. (Student visitor Visa)Available for those who are more than 18 years of age.
2.For those who wants to study for more than 6 months.(Student Visas.) For this student visa you must be accepted to follow a course in an organization which should be in the register of Education.

It can be a University, Genuine Private Education organization, or an Independane fee paying School.

The course must be a recognized full time degree course,
or
a course running during the week with at least 15 hours of day time study.
or
a full-time course of study at an independent fee paying school.

Also you must
be registered with the United Kingdom awarding body if you are studying externally for a degree at a private education institution; and
be able to pay for your course and support and accommodate yourself and any dependants without working or help from public funds and
plan to leave the United Kingdom when you complete your studies.

What other documents you will need?
Printed and signed e-application VAF3.
The appropriate Visa fee, which is non-refundable.
Your original valid passport.
Your previous passport if your current one was issued less than a year ago
Your original Canadian Immigration document (e.g. original Canadian Permanent Resident Card)
One recent passport size photograph taken in Canada (less than 6 months old). The photo must: show the full face centred in the middle of the photo; be clear and of good quality; be taken against a light background; be printed on normal photographic paper; be 45mm x 35mm in size; and be black and white or colour. Note: Professional digital photographs are acceptable.
A letter of unconditional acceptance from the school/college in the UK confirming the duration of your course and course fees
Evidence of sufficient funds to show you can meet the cost of the course and accommodation and maintain yourself (e.g. recent bank statements, line of credit/bank loan, scholarship/bursary documents)
A letter stating your intentions on completion of your course
Copies of any relevant diplomas or educational certificates which you hold. Please note that if originals are required, They will contact you.
If this application is for a child 16 or younger, a letter from the child's parents or legal guardian stating that he/she/they support the application.

Student visas are valid for the total duration of your course in the UK and can be used for multiple entries;
Visas can be post-dated up to 3 months but youcan enter UK one month prior to your course start date.
