U.K Public funds
When you are going to apply for a student, visitor, tourist visa, you will read about certain U.K Visa instructions, there you will come across Public Funds and it will also say that you can't use public funds or support while you are in U.K with a UK Visa. And if you want to use them it is illegal and you may be charged with legal laws also may be banned from obtaining a visa later.
